Exterior check

We will do a walk around the property, checking the exterior of the abode for any visual signs of forced entry, damage, vandalism, or significant degradation. Any issues with the landscaping will be noted as well.
 

Interior Check

A walkthrough of the entire home will be conducted for signs that any unauthorized entry or incident has occurred. This includes items having been moved/disturbed or any signs of forced entry.
 

Waterflow check

We will flush all toilets and ensure the water cycles and stops. We will run all taps to check water is flowing, and there is water in the drain trap. We will also check for visual signs of leaks or flooding in the home.
 

Furnace check

We will visually ensure the furnace is still set as per client instructions and is operating.

electricity check

All appliances that have been designated to remain on will be visually checked to ensure they are operating appropriately. Lights will be checked as well.

Mail service

Mail will be collected and left in an agreed location. All mail will be handled in accordance with client wishes, and with personal/information security in mind.
 

Lawn care/snow removal

Seasonal property maintenance will be conducted in accordance with by-laws, client instruction, and to prevent the property from appearing vacant.

report and regular contact

We will create a report at each visit which you will be able to access at will. We will also make ourselves as responsive as possible should you have any questions or concerns.
